WEDDING COORDINATOR

Looking for a wedding coordinator that will assist with the ceremony set up, greet vendors, arrange your flowers, transport your ceremony flowers to the reception for multiple use, set up your DIY ceremony hire equipment, collect and set up your wedding reception equipment. Are you looking for someone to make sure everything comes together on the day but don't want to splash out on an all day wedding planner.

How this package works: I will work closely with you and find out your requirements, desires and needs for the big day. I will then suggest where I can help, what I can do and how many hours we would need.

Includes:

- Consultation over the phone to discuss your big day. Here you can let us know everything you have planned so far and we can provide assistance with blending the remaining pieces together 

- Unlimited email and phone contact for any questions, issues or guidance

- We will work with you to create a floor plan, run sheet and schedule for the big day

- Once your vendors have been secured, we will liaise with them and coordinate everything from behind the scenes

- LMPP will be there on the day to assist with set up and coordination 

- Also includes all the little things that will go towards making your day complete

PRICES START FROM $500 FOR ONSITE WEDDING COORDINATION. 

Already have everything planned but just need someone to greet vendors on the day, we can tailor a mini package just for you. 

CEREMONY STYLING PACKAGE PLUS ASSISTANCE ON THE DAY

This package is perfect for anyone looking for a ceremony styling package plus a little assistance on the day to make sure everything runs smoothly. We will not only set up and style your ceremony, but also act as your wedding coordinator on the day so all you need worry about is saying I DO.

PICNIC WEDDING Package

Looking for someone to set up and style your wedding ceremony plus also style a wedding picnic for your guests to enjoy post ceremony. This can be used as the in-between event or as your main wedding reception. This package also includes wedding coordination on the day so you can relax knowing we have everything under control.
